Arriaga “found a job right away” following graduation. Her hard work and effort she provided during her time at Laurel Ridge landed her a job with the Free Medical Clinic of the Shenandoah Valley, located in Winchester, Virginia. The rapid job offer from the Free Medical Clinic must be why Arriaga says the classes at Laurel Ridge “opens up a lot of doors.”

Learning styles vary from person to person, but Arriaga’s kinesthetic style allowed her to thrive in the hands-on environment of the classroom. No information seems pointless “because at your job you’re actually doing what you studied for”, Arriaga says.

Arriaga would recommend the CMA Program to others because “it’s very rewarding, you learn a lot of skills” and she emphasizes “it was really worth it.” Her excitement undoubtedly sheds light on all of the opportunities the CMA Program has to offer and instills that success is only one course away.
