Project management has been proven to be the most effective method of delivering products and services within cost, schedule, and schedule. This series of courses gives you the skills to ensure you know all of your project stakeholders are (WHO), how to plan to deliver the scope of your project (WHAT), how to develop an accurate and efficient schedule (WHEN), and deal with the risks that may impact your success(WHAT could Happen). You will gain a working knowledge of the basics of project management and be able to immediately use that knowledge to effectively manage work projects. It is knowing who these stakeholders are and how to manage their involvement and expectations. This course is designed to introduce new project managers and remind experienced project leaders how to effectively and efficiently manage their project stakeholders. At the end, you will be familiar with how to identify internal/external stakeholders, plan stakeholder management, and manage their engagement, support, and involvement for the project success!
Project Schedules: 6 Steps to a Project Schedule
A key part of running a project is having a concise schedule that details all the steps needed to complete the project. While it’s a popular belief that scheduling is easy and can be done along the way, that is rarely the case. In this course, you will learn to plan a project schedule, determine the action steps that need to be accomplished, and establish the order and time frame of the action steps. Then after building your schedule, you will learn how to track your steps to keep everything running on time. This course is designed to help new project managers schedule their projects right and provide the experienced manager with some new tricks. By the end of this class, you will be familiar with how to breakdown a project’s activities and build them into a workable schedule. (Note: This is not an MS Project course)

Risk Management: Identify, Analyze & Mitigate Project Pitfalls
All things worth pursuing have risks and projects are no different! Every project manager and organization must learn how to effectively manage risks to ensure success. In this course, you will learn to plan, identify, analyze, and ultimately mitigate risks appropriately for your project and organization. This course is designed to provide experienced leaders ways to better manage risks within their project or organization. By the end of this class, you will be familiar with how to identify risks, perform two types of risk analyses, respond to risks, and ultimately control these risks.
