What courses are included in this series?

>>> Stakeholder Management: Identify, Prioritize & Understand your Stakeholders for Project Success!

No project is an island. It has an impact on and is impacted by stakeholders. Ever wonder what makes a good project or program manager? It is knowing who these stakeholders are and how to manage their involvement and expectations. This course is designed to introduce new project managers and remind experienced project leaders how to effectively and efficiently manage their project stakeholders. At the end, you will be familiar with how to identify internal/external stakeholders, plan stakeholder management, and manage their engagement, support, and involvement for the project success!

>>> Project Schedules: 6 Steps to a Project Schedule

A key part of running a project is having a concise schedule that details all the steps needed to complete the project. While it’s a popular belief that scheduling is easy and can be done along the way, that is rarely the case. In this course, you will learn to plan a project schedule, determine the action steps that need to be accomplished, and establish the order and time frame of the action steps. Then after building your schedule, you will learn how to track your steps to keep everything running on time. This course is designed to help new project managers schedule their projects right and provide the experienced manager with some new tricks. By the end of this class, you will be familiar with how to breakdown a project’s activities and build them into a workable schedule. (Note: This is not an MS Project course)

>>> Project Management Plan: Plan the Work, Work the Plan!

Everything works better when you have a plan. As a project manager, you’re responsible for preparing and planning to make sure your project goes right. In this course, we’ll touch on and highlight planning for the key project areas (scope, cost, schedule, quality, HR, communications, risk, procurement, and stakeholder) identified by PMI. This course is designed to help the new project manager and experienced manager develop their strategy and project book for the project success! By the end of this class, you will be familiar with how to plan, track, and control the areas within your project to execute the real activities more efficiently and effectively.

>>> Risk Management: Identify, Analyze & Mitigate Project Pitfalls

All things worth pursuing have risks and projects are no different! Every project manager and organization must learn how to effectively manage risks to ensure success. In this course, you will learn to plan, identify, analyze, and ultimately mitigate risks appropriately for your project and organization. This course is designed to provide experienced leaders ways to better manage risks within their project or organization. By the end of this class, you will be familiar with how to identify risks, perform two types of risk analyses, respond to risks, and ultimately control these risks.
