Rachel has been privileged to facilitate both virtual and in-person training with small businesses, financial institutions, healthcare organizations, manufacturing and distribution branches, and local, state and federal agencies. In addition to holding the PACE Certification, Rachel is a Certified DDI Facilitator and a Microsoft Office Specialist. Rachel holds an M.A. in Government and a B.A. in History.
