Meet Your Instructors


Rick Till has Extensive HR, quality, and customer service experience with both private and public sector employers and has worked over 30 years in various HR roles with global manufacturing companies.  With roots in public education, he has served as a classroom teacher, school board member, and central office school administrator. He has a bachelor’s degree in career technical education from the State University of New York at Oswego and a master’s degree from Shenandoah University in education leadership.  Rick has a passion for impacting organizations by facilitating and promoting organizational leadership and employee development.

Judy Whipp Mills combines her experience and education with her enthusiasm for teaching to create a great learning environment in the classroom. She joined LFCC with 15 years of experience in all aspects of Human Resources, specializing in recruitment, employment law, employee relations, and training. Additionally, her HR work experience included manufacturing, financial, and the healthcare industry. Judy is DDI certified, holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration–Management from James Madison University and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Shenandoah University. Additionally, she obtained a Certificate in Public Administration from Shenandoah University. She also has her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification.
