DESCRIPTION:Get started today on an exciting career path! The Pharmacy Technician Program is a comprehensive and engaging educational experience designed to equip aspiring pharmacy technicians with the knowledge\, skills\, and hands-on training necessary for success. This program combines rigorous coursework with practical simulations to prepare students for a rewarding career.\nThis 185- hour hybrid program will be completed within 12 weeks. The online didactic portion includes graded quizzes\, unit exams\, a midterm\, and a final exam. Students should plan to spend 12 hours a week on the didactic portion. The simulation portion of the program meets 3.5 hours weekly in person and is facilitated and graded by local instructors. \nThe course prepares students for a national certification exam.
