Most MBTI workshops stop at “Here’s your type.” Useful, but not very actionable. This session goes a step further. Think of MBTI not as a box you’re stuck in but as a set of dials you can adjust depending on who’s across the table (or Zoom screen).
We’ll explore how to “code-switch” your communication style—borrowing strategies from other types without losing your authenticity. Whether you’re an introvert pitching an idea to extroverts, a detail-focused sensor talking to big-picture intuitives, or a thinker persuading a feeler, the way you frame your message can make or break your influence.
This session isn’t about memorizing four letters. It’s about recognizing patterns, flexing with intention, and getting your message heard by every type of audience.
By the end of this session, you’ll know how to:
  • Apply MBTI code-switching techniques to adapt the same message for different type preferences (e.g., logic-focused vs. empathy-focused).
  • Demonstrate how to recognize and adjust communication “channels” in real time to increase clarity and influence in workplace conversations.
